Early in-person voting for the November 3, 2026 general election enters its final week in Coshocton County, with ballots being cast at the Coshocton County Board of Elections, 724 South 7th Street, Room 100, in Coshocton, according to the board and the Ohio Secretary of State’s early voting directory.

The final week brings the longest hours of the early voting period. The board is open Monday, October 26 from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, October 27 from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and Wednesday through Friday, October 28 to 30, from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., under the statewide schedule published by the Secretary of State. Early voting continues Saturday, October 31 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, November 1 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.; there is no early voting on Monday, November 2.

Tuesday, October 27 at 8:30 p.m. is also the deadline for the board to receive absentee ballot applications, and the last day a voter may pick up a ballot in person to take home to vote, the board said. Voters picking up their own ballot must show photo identification, the same as voters casting an early ballot in person.

Early in-person voters must provide an acceptable photo ID, such as an unexpired Ohio driver’s license or state ID, a U.S. passport or passport card, or another form listed by the board. A voter without valid photo ID who still wants to vote early in person may cast a provisional ballot, or may instead apply for a ballot by mail.

Coshocton County voters are deciding the November 3 ballot headed by Ohio’s statewide races, along with the county and local contests and issues on their precinct ballots. The board’s November 3, 2026 general election page carries the county’s official election information, and voters can confirm their registration and preview what applies to them before they go.

Election Day is Tuesday, November 3, when Coshocton County precinct polling places — not the board office — are open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Non-overseas absentee ballots must be received by the board by 7:30 p.m. on Election Day to be counted, while military and overseas ballots must be received by November 7.
