Noble County voters have entered the final week of early voting for the November 3, 2026 general election, with in-person ballots being cast at the Noble County Board of Elections, 140 Courthouse in Caldwell, according to the board’s official election page.
Tuesday, October 27 carries the week’s longest early-voting session and one hard deadline. The board’s published schedule lists early voting from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on October 27, and the Ohio Secretary of State’s voting schedule sets 8:30 p.m. on October 27 as the deadline for boards of elections to receive absentee ballot applications — a voter who still wants a ballot by mail must have the application in the board’s hands by tonight.
The final week then runs on the schedule the Noble County Board of Elections has posted: Wednesday, October 28 through Friday, October 30 from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.; Saturday, October 31 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; and the last early session on Sunday, November 1 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. There is no early voting on Monday, November 2.
The Caldwell address is also the county’s listing in the Ohio Secretary of State’s statewide early-voting locations directory, which confirms 140 Courthouse, Caldwell, OH 43724 as Noble County’s early vote site. Voters with questions can reach the board at 740-732-2057 during its office hours, the board’s page says.
For voters voting by mail, the board’s page provides the absentee ballot application to download, print and return to the board office in Caldwell. Under the Secretary of State’s schedule, a mailed absentee ballot must be received by the board by 7:30 p.m. on Election Day, November 3, to be counted — a postmark alone is not enough, so voters holding ballots late in the week are safer hand-delivering them to the board.
Election Day itself is Tuesday, November 3, when Noble County voters cast ballots at their assigned precinct polling places from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., under the statewide hours set by the Secretary of State.
The second-pass update for Noble County is part of NewsForce247’s county-by-county election coverage. What happens next is the close of the absentee application window tonight, the final early-voting sessions through Sunday afternoon in Caldwell, and then Election Day on November 3.
