ORLANDO, Fla. — The Columbus Crew’s playoff hopes took another hit Saturday night, falling 3-2 at Orlando City on an 89th-minute winner from Ivan Angulo. The late strike settled a back-and-forth match that saw the Crew twice claw back into it before time ran out.

Orlando struck just 46 seconds into the match when Harvey Sarajian converted a pass from Antoine Griezmann, but Columbus answered in the eighth minute on a goal by Taha Habroune. Griezmann restored Orlando’s lead in the 16th minute, and Brais Mendez pulled the Crew level again in the 53rd. With the game headed for a draw, Angulo finished a Martin Ojeda feed in the 89th minute to give the hosts all three points.
