The Strongsville company bills itself as a high-growth independent mortgage banking company. Its annual celebration is its flagship internal gathering, and this year technology took center stage, the company said.

For borrowers in Northeast Ohio and beyond, the company presented the tools as a way to improve customer support and speed up parts of the mortgage process that have traditionally depended on manual review.

Union Home Mortgage framed the celebration, its largest internal gathering of the year, as both a business review and a planning session for 2027.
