ZANESVILLE — Moose Lodge No. 867 will host “Come Together: A Community Recovery Benefit,” a flood-recovery concert running noon to midnight on Saturday, Oct. 10, at 3500 W. Pike in Zanesville. Proceeds will be donated to the Muskingum County Community Foundation to aid flood recovery in Crooksville, Roseville and surrounding communities in Perry and Muskingum counties.
Crooksville and Roseville were hit by repeated flooding in August and September 2026, with Moxahala Creek overflows triggering water rescues, road closures and displaced families. No federal emergency declaration has been issued, though the Ohio Controlling Board approved $750 to $1,500 in assistance for affected residents.
The benefit will feature live music, food, raffles, auctions and other activities. Performers include the Old Guyz Band with Tracy Blaine, the Donnelly Quinn Band, Southern Alibi, Salvage Title, Straight Jacket and Chicken Fat Cadillac.
Organizers are still seeking volunteers, sponsors, raffle items and donated resources. Area musician and promoter Paul Quinn coordinated the lineup, and StickyPac Productions is donating audio production for the day. “Recovery takes time, and it takes neighbors helping neighbors,” said organizer Amy Bowman of The Moose.
The Oct. 10 concert follows an Aug. 30 “Flood Relief Musicfest” at The Barn in Zanesville, which raised funds for the same communities through the same foundation, as the long cleanup continues.
